Limelight is an event photo wall operated by Telluride Wheelhouse LLC. This policy explains what we collect when you ask us to send you a photo, and how we use it.

What we collect

When you request a photo, we collect the email address or mobile phone number you enter and a record of which photo you asked us to send. We do not collect any other personal information.

How we use it

We use your email address or phone number solely to deliver the photo you requested — a single message containing a link to your photo. We do not use your contact details for marketing or any other purpose.

Mobile information

No mobile information (your phone number or messaging data) will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

How long we keep it

Contact details are retained only as needed to deliver your photo around the event, and are deleted shortly afterward. Event photos appear on the shared gallery during the event and are removed when the gallery is taken down.
