Limelight is a photo wall for Telluride Wheelhouse LLC events. Guests can have a photo of themselves sent to their own phone by text. This page describes that program and shows the exact opt-in screen guests see at an event.

How guests opt in

At a Telluride Wheelhouse event, a printed QR code at each table links to the event photo gallery. A guest scans it on their own phone, taps the photo they appear in, and on that photo’s page enters their own mobile number in the “Send it to me” form shown below. The consent language appears directly above the Send button. After tapping Send, the guest receives one text containing a link to their photo. Consent is given per request, is never pre-checked or pre-filled, and is not a condition of any purchase.

What we send

One message per photo you request — for example: “Your gala photo from Telluride Wheelhouse: https://photos.telluridewheelhouse.com/photo/ab12cd Reply STOP to opt out.” This is a one-time, on-request message, not a recurring or marketing program. Message and data rates may apply.
